Purchased products listed as in-stock will be processed for shipping within 24 hours. If requested products are out of stock we will replenish stock as soon as possible and contact you directly with updates.

Customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges.

For products that require dry ice transportation, we will increase the shipping charge according to domestic logistics policies.

In order to maintain a temperature-controlled environment and keep product stability, we will ship US orders by FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air instead of Ground Shipping service. Severe weather may delay delivery.
